Composed of the top 20% of high-producing real estate agents within our Central Oregon market center, the ALC acts as our board of directors, directly influencing the strategic decisions that drive our collective productivity and profitability. These local agent leaders don't just inspire and motivate; they actively shape our office's direction, ensuring that policies, training, and resources are precisely tailored to empower agents to thrive through every market shift. By providing direct input and masterminding on local real estate market strategies, our ALC ensures that Keller Williams Realty Central Oregon remains at the forefront, fostering an environment where every agent can achieve their full potential and significantly impact the success of their own real estate business in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Madras, Prineville, Sunriver, and surrounding areas.

What is ALC
The main role of the Agent Leadership Council is to be of assistance to associates in the office. New agents have lots of questions and who better to answer them than the agents who have been there and know how to handle certain situations. Also, since these ALC members are active in selling real estate, they are available to be shadowed by newer agents. There’s nothing better than watching a seasoned pro generate new business.
