AUSTIN, TEXAS April 26, 2023 – Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, was recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2023. KW ranked No. 171 out of 500 companies.

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to compile their annual list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity.

Two years into a pandemic that’s forever transformed the workplace, what makes a good employer? Whether working from home or the office, Americans’ priorities have changed, and with 10.9 million job openings and an unemployment rate of 4%, what makes a top employer has changed, too.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile our list by surveying 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and to nominate organizations other than their own. The final list ranks the 500 large employers that received the most recommendations.

Note that 2020 numbers are used as those are the only available across the board for all companies. Most companies have not completed their 2021 financials and our official company and brokerage rankings (MEGA 1000) will be published in May 2022 after financial and audits have been completed.
