Our Big Why
Keeping our commitment to Central Oregon by giving back
At the heart of Keller Williams Realty Central Oregon, anchored by our offices in Bend, Redmond, Madras, and Prineville, is a profound commitment to community service that extends across the entire Central Oregon region. Our team's immense generosity and dedication reach far beyond real estate transactions, allowing us to actively support our neighbors and strengthen the vibrant communities we serve, including Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Powell Butte, Terrebonne, and Culver. We've proudly poured back into Central Oregon through a variety of impactful service projects: initiating local home-building initiatives, organizing essential food drives for Central Oregon families in need, and leading crucial disaster relief efforts right here when unexpected events strike. From spreading joy to raising vital funds for local causes, our unwavering dedication enriches the lives of residents. These efforts reflect just a fraction of how Keller Williams Central Oregon gives back, making a tangible difference and fostering the vibrant spirit of our entire region.

OUR
VALUES
Family, Business, & FUN

What is Red Day?
Since May of 2009 our entire company – from the U.S. and Canada to our family abroad – sets aside the second Thursday of the month to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities we serve.
We’ve poured into our communities in a number of ways, initiating service projects like building new homes from the ground up, gathering and distributing food to those who need it, organizing relief efforts when a natural disaster hits, and even spreading joy and raising funds as only KW can when life takes an unexpected turn. These are just a few of the community activities we’ve carried out in support of those who have poured into us.

KW Cares serves Keller Williams associates and their qualifying family members during times of hardship due to sudden emergency to ensure that everyone in our KW family feels supported, safe and valued.
By the time Category 4 Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana in late August, leaving many flooded and without electricity, the KW Cares team was mobilized and ready to provide disaster relief. “The Thursday before the storm hit, we started meeting,” shares KW Cares CEO Alexia Rodriguez. “We met every day, twice a day, taking information from the folks that were boots on the ground in Louisiana, and, over in Austin, doing all the coordination efforts to ensure their needs were being met.”
