Janine Ward
Janine has been a broker for almost 20 years, starting in Portland and later in Bend. She's taken her passion for helping Buyers and Sellers, to coaching the brokers at Keller Williams as the Brokerage Team Leader/CEO. Having been with Keller Williams for over 14 years, she knows the value of KW from all different levels and makes a great spokesperson and coach for the brokerage.
Lorraine Abney
With 25 years experience, Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge to all of our agents. Her #1 focus is working with our brokers so they are operating at the highest level for their clients. After working with other brokerages from bookkeeping to office manager, she has found herself at home with Keller Williams in Central Oregon as our Principal Broker.
As our Operating Principal, Bruce sets and directs the vision of our Central Oregon brokerage. He began his real estate career in Spokane, WA in 1994. Today, Bruce follows his passion of teaching and developing other Brokers’ businesses as the of Regional Director for the Keller Williams Northwest Region with 37 offices and over 7,400 Associates and is part of the Keller Williams International Faculty.
Nina Farstad
Nina embraced a new role as the Keller Williams Market Center Administrator while continuing her practice in real estate. Her transition to this pivotal position is a testament to her leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market. Balancing her administrative duties with her ongoing real estate practice, Nina remains dedicated to her clients' needs. Her commitment to both her career and cherished family time underscores her balanced approach to life and work in the beautiful Oregon landscape.
Chloe Goudman - Gainey
Chloe was born and bred in the desert of Nevada, but spent her childhood growing up in Central Oregon. She is excited to be back in beautiful Central Oregon. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, she has a soft spot for the region's beautiful, green, mountainous areas and an eternal love for the Oregon coast. Animals and Dutch Bros are the quickest way to her heart. When she isn't working, she can be found reading, listening to music, and writing.
